Super hard pillows....gave me a stiff neck. Apartment was not clean. On the whole run down. Free wifi was not available throughout the stay - apparently under repairs. Breakfast no variety,

COMPLAINTS: 1. Very poor customer service. Especially the 2 malay females working in night shift throughout 18/3/17-24/3/17. 2. Very poor wifi connectivity.eg Tenda, Zyxel for 2nd floor. Been calling IT technician but the problem wasn't fixed. Render us going to cafe for stable/ stronger wifi. Extremely inconvenient for us who are here for working purpose as wifi is ESSENTIAL. Rm190 per night is totally not value for money! 3. Room is not clean. Dusty & bad odor. Some furnitures are too old( on Executive room). Below average interior design. Bed sheet with dustmites induced skin rashes. CONCLUSION: Rm190 per night is totally not value for money!

i read many good review about this hotel but maybe it just my staying was not really that good.
I like the television. It is clear and the moment I switch on the voice is not too loud. I have bad experience about TV in my previous stay at hotel.
The room has only one socket. Which is really hard when me and my friend had to wait to charge our phone. She also bring a power bank and both of us are really desperate for power socket for the next day trip. Then, the bathroom also wet.
