Super hard pillows....gave me a stiff neck. Apartment was not clean. On the whole run down. Free wifi was not available throughout the stay - apparently under repairs. Breakfast no variety,

Satisfactory.
Friendly and efficient staff on duty.
The air conditioning in my room was not really functioning for first few hours on arrival but fixed immediately upon complaint.

there is some good things about the hotel and some things needs attention
the room is big the bed is comfy the pillow also nice
they said free wifi but when i went there .. there is NO wifi .. the staff said they have problems with the internet ???????? the tv picture quality is not that clear the breaksfast buffet menu should be change everyday .. if today nasi lemak than tomorrow u can offer nasi goreng .. today chicken rendang tomorrow maybe ayam goreng berempah .. and pls put 2 stations for hot drinks .. and in the future i do hope during bfast there will be some “kueh2” on the buffet line

What was the highlight of Kings Hotel Melaka
i read many good review about this hotel but maybe it just my staying was not really that good.
I like the television. It is clear and the moment I switch on the voice is not too loud. I have bad experience about TV in my previous stay at hotel.
The room has only one socket. Which is really hard when me and my friend had to wait to charge our phone. She also bring a power bank and both of us are really desperate for power socket for the next day trip. Then, the bathroom also wet.
